How long does it take for Full Referencing Reports?

About 70% of references are processed within 2 days but the overall time taken depends on how soon referees respond to reference requests. So, for some applicants the tenant referencing proccess may take up to five or seven days to complete.

However, we perform instant credit checks on either the tenant or guarantor to ensure that no time is wasted in finding suitable tenants as quickly as possible.

If for any reasons whilst carrying out the comprehensive tenant referencing process it emerges that the tenant has any adverse credit data then provided they know someone willing to be their guarantor, the referencing process will also cover the referencing checks on the guarantor at no extra cost.
