TENANT FIND (INTRODUCTION) ONLY
FIXED FEE of only £45 per month for ANY size property is only payable when Easy4U Properties are your successful letting agent introducing your property to your new tenants.
TENANT FIND AND RENT COLLECTIONS
FIXED FEE of only £75 per month for ANY size property INCLUDES the benefits of FREE Rent Guarantee Insurance* for the duration of the tenancy.
- FREE Tenancy Agreement (ASTs)
- FREE Tenant Referencing Reports including credit checks
- FREE Deposit Protection Scheme - We'll register the deposit for you in accordance to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
- FREE Rent Guarantee Insurance* for up-to 2 tenants and or guarantors subject to tenant referencing and credit checks for the duration of the tenancy
- Rent Collections (optional) – Landlords can easily opt in or out of the Rent Collections service from the start of the tenancy if they prefer full control of rent collections themselves plus, FREE Rent Gurantee Insurance* will still be available subject to: Landlords paying agent fees every 6 months in-advance from completion
- Our Agent Fees for this service are payable every 3months in-advance from completion
- Monthly Remittance Advices of all Rent Collections we pay into Landlords bank account

FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Fixed-Fee of £95 per month for Full Property Management of ANY size property (excluding House/Flat Shares and or HMO properties).
- FREE Tenancy Agreement (ASTs)
- FREE Tenant Referencing Reports including credit checks
- FREE Deposit Protection Scheme - We'll register the deposit for you in accordance to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
- Overall administration, including FREE Rent Guarantee Insurance* for up-to 2 tenants and or guarantors subject to tenant referencing and credit checks for the duration of the tenancy
- Invoice to Landlord with deduction of management fees on a monthly basis
- Arrangement of utility services, council tax & required Insurance services
- Regular Property Inspections & Supervision of repairs/maintenance
- Ensuring reliable contractors used and standards maintained
- Online marketing on the biggest & best UK property portal/websites
- Monthly Rent Collections and chasing up of any arrears
- Only available for residential properties within Greater London and Surrey

- Handling of all interest in your property
